GPG Seafood has extensive experience in producing high quality Masago. Masago is made from the roe of Capelin (Mallotus Villosus). Masago is commonly used as a sushi topping that brings color, texture and sparkle to sushi dishes. Masago can also be a wonderful addition to various other dishes.
Capelin roes are seasoned, colored and dried before packing and freezing.
The Capelin roes used for GPG Seafood Masago production are all of Japanese quality, the raw material is the base point of producing high quality Masago that has the correct texture.
